Referral Protocols & Physician Partnerships

When to Refer

Physicians refer patients to Life Force Training when high-precision, clinically supervised exercise physiology is required to manage complex health transitions. Indications for referral include:

  • Cardiac recovery and secondary cardiovascular prevention support
  • Osteoporosis and low bone density management strategies
  • Muscle mass protection for patients on GLP-1 agonist therapy
  • Supervised recovery for post-surgical patients
  • Fall risk mitigation and functional independence maintenance (Age 60+)
  • Metabolic and physiological support during perimenopause and postmenopause

Referral Process & Reporting

We maintain a professional channel that prioritizes clinical discretion and ease of coordination for your practice:

  • Concierge Intake: Referrals are handled personally and discreetly. We manage all direct coordination of the Discovery Call with your patient.
  • Physician Updates: We provide structured progress updates and physiological outcomes to the referring physician, contingent upon patient consent.
  • Clinically-Focused Environment: Training occurs in a private, clinical-grade setting away from the commercial gym atmosphere, ensuring patient comfort and adherence.

Physicians and clinical staff may contact us directly to discuss patient profiles or request additional clinical information.
